The Fergus Grand Theatre hosts an evening of Newfoundland music

‘Rock’ music – April 29 was fairly an evening for Newfoundland music in Fergus. The Derina Harvey Band was on the town because the final a part of Eric Goudie’s presenting sequence of dwell stage music on the Fergus Grand Theatre. Many of the crowd had been from, or had ties to, “The Rock” and actually loved her music. Three of the performers had been from Newfoundland, one from New Brunswick and Derina herself is from Labrador. The down-east songs have a specific sound to them which had the group up dancing within the aisles.
