Russia rejects Turkey’s efforts to restart Ukraine grain deal
Turkey’s president met with Vladimir Putin at the moment, hoping to influence the Russian chief to rejoin a deal permitting Ukraine to soundly export grain.
It’s a deal Moscow withdrew from in July. However, Putin made it clear that the initiative wouldn’t be restored proper now – and there’s so much at stake.
