NATO official apologizes after suggesting Ukraine hand over land for membership

It was a remark that was in all probability alleged to be saved non-public, and now a prime NATO official is apologizing for saying that Ukraine may need to provide away a few of its territory to Russia if it needs peace and a membership to the alliance.
