Fergus Grand Theatre celebrates World Theatre Day

World Theatre Day – March 27 was World Theatre Day and since the Fergus Grand Theatre is well-known in Centre Wellington for its range of performances, theatre co-ordinator Eric Goudie determined to do one thing slightly completely different to have a good time. Samhi Ayoub gave a message from the World Day government committee about what the day is all about. Goudie gave a brief resume of his Presenting Collection entitled Previous Pals, New Adventures which features a reside efficiency by a small stage ballet troupe that shall be coming to the native stage subsequent 12 months. Goudie’s contribution to the day was a brief play by George Bernard Shaw entitled The Darkish Girl of the Sonnets, that includes, from left: Nancy Baker enjoying Queen Elizabeth, Cory Sanders because the Warder, Anthony Decantis as William Shakespeare and Lynne McIntee because the Darkish Girl.
