Centre Wellington ‘making it massive’ for Tradition Days

CENTRE WELLINGTON – The Township of Centre Wellington (Elora and Fergus Tourism) and the Elora Fergus Arts Council have joined forces to make this yr’s Tradition Days one to recollect.

It’s going to be “massive” with many individuals, officers say.

The chosen theme for Centre Wellington is “Make It BIG,” and organizers are asking, “how will you make it massive?”

Tradition Days is the biggest collective public participation marketing campaign undertaken by the humanities and cultural group in Canada.

Every year, 1000’s of occasions are related below the celebratory banner of Tradition Days.

Communities giant and small are united from coast to coast to extend public engagement in cultural experiences by free arts and tradition occasions.

The subsequent nationwide Tradition Days celebrations occur from Sept. 22 to Oct. 15 for 3 weeks of color, creativity, and group.

Centre Wellington is one  of 14 Ontario Tradition Days Regional Hubs for 2023 and is thrilled to be partnering with the Elora Fergus Arts Council to make Tradition Days 2023 bigger than life.

Organizers wish to create free or pay-what-you-may interactive arts and tradition occasions and actions throughout Tradition Days.

Anybody can submit a request to prepare and run an occasion for Tradition Days.

Anybody with a giant thought – or perhaps a small one – is invited to submit their thought.

Micro grants can also be out there.

Deadline for submissions is March 31.
