Blue Bonnet Lassies hit street for summer season competitions

CENTRE WELLINGTON – Dancers from the Blue Bonnet Lassies Faculty of Highland Dance travelled throughout Ontario to compete via the month of June.
Ashley Elliott, Emma Horlsey, and Eila Gillies.
Georgetown
On June 10, dancers competed on the Georgetown Highland Video games.
Within the Major 5 years class Brianna Earle positioned third in Pas de Basque and Excessive Cuts, Fling, and Sword, and fourth in Pas de Baseque.
Within the Newbie 6 and below eight years class Harlyn Heathers positioned fifth in Seann Truibhas, and sixth in Fling and Lilt.
Within the Newbie 9 years class Scarlett Jackson positioned fourth in Lilt and sixth in Sword.
Within the Newbie 10 and below 12 years class Maribelle McBroom positioned fourth in Lilt and fifth in Fling.
Within the Newbie 12 and below 14 years Brooke Bailey positioned fifth in Lilt.
Within the Intermediate 14 and below 16 years Eila Gillies positioned fifth in Sword and sixth in Fling.
Within the Intermediate 16 years and over class, Ashley Elliott positioned second in Fling, third in Jug, fourth in Sword, and fifth in Seann Truibhas.
Within the Premier 18 and below 24 years class Emma Horsley positioned sixth in Fling, Sword, Seann Truibhas, and Jig.
Cobourg
Every week afterward June 17, dancers competed within the Cobourg Highland Video games.
Within the Newbie class Maribelle Mcbroom positioned fifth in Flora and sixth in Sword.
Kingsville
Lastly, on June 24, dancers competed on the Kingsville Highland Video games.
Within the Newbie class Maribelle Mcbroom positioned first in Fling and Seann Truibhas, second in Lilt and third in Sword, incomes her the very best factors in her class and total trophy and scholarship.
The dancers will likely be competing throughout Canada in July.
