Fabricio returned to the UFC in grand style, defeating Roy "Big Country" Nelson at UFC 143 over Super Bowl weekend. Winning a unanimous decision, Fabricio wrecked a game Nelson with his Muay Thai striking skills, delivering many powerful knees from the clinch.

Werdum Combat Team is a Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) academy. Created and run by former PRIDE, UFC, and current Strikeforce fighter Fabricio “Vai Cavalo” Werdum and his life-long training partner, Lucas Pires.
WCT offers top tier instruction in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing, MMA, and fitness. There are also training programs for kids and teens.

Werdum Combat Team was founded to help promote a positive mental attitude while providing the most effective self-defense and martial arts instruction available today.
